Unlimited registration certificates for medical products and medical devices issued before the date of coming into force of the present Decree are deemed valid and must be reissued before 1 January, 2017 as new registration certificates following the form adopted by the Federal service for surveillance in healthcare.
The reissuing of the certificate is done without the completion of the medical products state registration procedure based on the application submitted by the applicant to the Federal service for surveillance in healthcare specifying the data required by the Rules adopted by the present Decree.
