List of documents required to obtain a sanitary and epidemiological inspection report
The set of documents necessary to obtain a sanitary and epidemiological inspection report depends on the type of report.
For an agreement:
- constituent documents (documents confirming registration of entrepreneurial activity, registration with tax authorities, etc.);
- foreign quality certificates (if any);
- safety certificate (for cosmetics, perfumes and other chemical products);
- products description or catalogue.
For a foreign manufacturer:
- constituent documents (documents confirming registration of entrepreneurial activity, registration with tax authorities, etc.);
- letter of attorney from the manufacturer;
- manufacturer’s certificate (if any).
For a Russian manufacturer:
- constituent documents (documents confirming registration of entrepreneurial activity, registration with tax authorities, etc.);
- technical specifications;
- Health Inspection Service authorization;
- document confirming the property right or rent agreement for the production facility;
- certificate for raw materials.
