International exhibition “KHIMIYA” was held on September 16-18 in Expocentre Fairgrounds (Vystavochnaya metro station, Delovoy Tsentr metro station, Moscow. This exhibition, covering all the areas of chemical complex, is held in Moscow since 1965; all the achievements of chemical science, innovation technologies and modern materials are exhibited there.
The head of development department of JSC “Universal Pravo”, Ksenofontov Alexander Vladimirovich, made the decision to attend this exhibition, despite it is not medical event. This decision was substantiated by the fact that many devices and materials, presented by the participants of the exhibitions, may be used in medical industry, for example, reagents, diagnostic means, super pure chemical substances, indicators, gases and gas mixtures, solvents and test systems. Experts, under the guidance of A.V. Ksenofontov, have negotiated not only with the manufacturers of consumables, but also with the numerous manufacturers of measuring devices and equipment, which also may be used as medical devices. Still, to use them as medical ones, according to the legislation of Russian Federation, it is needed to confirm their safety and designation, whether they are solvents, test systems or software for laboratory analyzers. This is reflected in the federal law of 21.11.2011 N 323-ФЗ (with amendments of 29.05.2019) “About basics of health protection of citizens in Russian Federation”, Article 38. Along with this information, A.V. Ksenofontov and the specialists of JSC “Universal Pravo” also informed the participants of the exhibition, which included representatives of startups and small businesses, about the order of registration of devices as medical ones.
“KHIMIYA 2019” exhibition does not just annually unite different areas of industry as the place of meeting of manufacturers of chemical production and services, suppliers of modern technologies and equipment, and users from different areas from all over the world, but also inspire the participants and visitors to improve their activities and extend their opportunities.
